A beautifully renovated farmhouse with dedicated office, swimming pool and yoga deck, Villa Miela is the ideal base for digital nomads seeking a co-living space in the heart of nature. Just 1.5km from the village of Virpazar, it is simultaneously remote and yet hugely accessible, with the capital, Podgorica, just 30 minutes away and the coast of Bar just 30 minutes in the opposite direction.

We don't just host environmentally-aware, sustainably-run activity holidays at Villa Miela – the remote-working boom has meant that outside of summer, we open up our Lake Skadar base for co-living in Montenegro! Our beautifully renovated farmhouse can sleep up to ten digital nomads, and there are plenty of places to be productive, including a living room "snug", sun-terrace, a yoga deck, swimming pool and even a dedicated office available. Internet is provided via super-fast fibre-optic broadband (160/6mbps), as well as portable modems (150mbps) for those who like to work more remotely. 

We offer twice-weekly group dinners, optional "zero kilometre" breakfast baskets, 'Firepit Friday' drinks as well as a flexible programme of activities that include kayaking, hiking, wild swimming and wine-tasting, all in a location that's remote – but not too remote (Montenegro's capital city, Podgorica, is just 30 minutes away by car or train)!

Your day might begin with some yoga on the deck, followed by hot filter coffee and an organic farmhouse breakfast on the terrace. Your morning meeting got cancelled, so instead you and a couple of other guests join Ben for a couple of hours of kayaking to a hidden beach on Lake Skadar. The afternoon needs full focus and fast internet, so you reserve a dedicated work space in the office. Job done by 5pm – time to laze in a hammock, dip in the pool and later get ready for dinner at a local winery!
