Playworking is situated in a quiet village on Lustica Peninsula. Shops, supermarkets restaurants and beaches are all a short walk or cycle away.

We're a 15-minute drive from Tivat and Kotor and 35 minutes from Budva. Playworking is a place where creativity, productivity and good vibes flourish. Everyday we're inspired by Montenegro's natural beauty, energized by outdoor adventures and empowered to do our best work.

And every few days, based on demand, we offer tours to stunning locations around Montenegro.
