About Montenegro?
Montenegro is one of the youngest, smallest and least populated countries in Europe. It covers almost 14.000 square kilometers and has population slightly over 650.000. It is situated in south-east Europe, on the west of Balkan Peninsula. Montenegro has a coast of the Adriatic Sea and it’s bordered with Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia and Albania.
The fact that it covers a small area does not tell anything, because 117 beaches can be found in Montenegro. Also, there is one of the most beautiful bays in the world, the Boka Bay. One of the deepest canyons in Europe is the Tara Canyon. The island Sveti Stefan and the place Ada Bojana, a place where rivers and sea meet with a 14 km long beach .
That is not all. Dozens of beautiful lakes, including the world-famous Black Lake, Biogradsko Lake, Skadar Lake. Mountains like Prokletije called (Balkan Alps) as well as the mountains of the national parks Durmitor, Lovcen, Komovi, are just a small part of exploring and enjoying in Montenegro
